Mountop offers you a free water bottle sample for testing and to confirm that we met your custom design requirements. For existing samples, it takes about 2-4 days to reach. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need a new printing screen, etc.

How to Start a Water Bottle Brand?

1. Initial Consultation & Requirement Confirmation

• Customer Inquiry: The customer contacts Mountop to express their custom water bottle needs. (e.g., capacity, material, features, design).
• Detailed Requirement Gathering: Communicate with the client to understand their specific requirements, including:
– Capacity, material, and color
– Special features (e.g., insulation, UV sterilization, filtration, MagSafe compatibility)
– Custom logo and packaging needs
– Order quantity and delivery timeline
• Preliminary Design Proposal: Based on the customer’s requirements, provide an initial design proposal or sample to help the customer visualize the final product.

2. Design & Sample Approval

• Product Design: Your company’s design team creates the product design based on the customer’s specifications, including shape, functionality, and materials.
• Sample Creation: Produce a sample for customer review. Sample production may include:
– Preliminary design (3D renderings, sketches, etc.)
– Physical sample (actual water bottle based on the design)
• Sample Approval: The customer reviews the sample, provides feedback, and either requests revisions or approves the design. Adjustments are made based on the feedback until the customer is satisfied.

3. Production Preparation

• Mold and Equipment Setup: If the design or features are new, molds and production equipment need to be set up.
• Material Procurement: Procure the necessary materials based on the confirmed design and order quantity (e.g., stainless steel, plastics, straws, seals, filters, electronic components, etc.).
• Production Schedule Confirmation: Confirm the production timeline and delivery date with the customer to ensure timely delivery.

4. Mass Production

• Forming & Manufacturing: Begin mass production of the water bottle components, including stamping, stretching, welding, etc., to ensure the parts are of high quality.
• Assembly: Assemble all components (e.g., cap, straw, seals) into the final water bottle, ensuring functionality and no leaks.
• Function Testing: Perform tests on each custom water bottle (e.g., leak tests, seal tests, temperature display, etc.) to ensure they meet quality standards.

5. Logo & Packaging Customization

• Logo Customization: Use laser engraving or printing to add the customer’s logo, branding, or slogans to the water bottle as requested.
• Packaging Customization: Design and produce custom packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) according to the client’s specifications.
• Packaging Inspection: Ensure the packaging design, materials, and structure meet the client’s requirements and effectively protect the products during shipping.

6. Final Inspection & Quality Control

• Final Inspection: Perform a thorough quality check on each custom water bottle, including visual inspection, functionality testing, and quality control to ensure compliance with the specifications.
• Certification (if required): Provide relevant certifications (e.g., CE, ROHS, FCC) if required by the client, ensuring the product meets international standards.

7. Shipping & Logistics

• Quantity & Delivery Confirmation: After production is complete, confirm the final quantity and delivery schedule with the client to ensure timely fulfillment.
