Free Water Bottle Sample

Mountop offers you a free water bottle sample for testing and to confirm that we met your custom design requirements. For existing samples, it takes about 2-4 days to reach. If you want your own designs, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need a new printing screen, etc.

How to Start a Water Bottle Brand?

Design Requirements Proposed by the Client

Based on the scope specified by the client, including capacity, cup shape, functionality, materials, price, style, etc.

Initial Draft

Provide a rendered 3D model or a sketch of the appearance.

Second Draft

Modify the initial draft based on client feedback. Understand the direction’s accuracy by gauging the client’s approval of specific proposals, then decide whether to refine the design or start over.

Final Draft

After submitting and adjusting the design two or more times based on client feedback, finalize the design. Convert the proposal into a detailed 3D model and refine the structure. Provide a final rendering for client approval before creating the prototype. Evaluate the prototype based on size, feel, water flow, sealing, and actual appearance to assess if the expected outcome is achieved. Improve functionality and fine-tune details as needed. Confirm and proceed with mold issuance once approved.

Mold Development

Confirm mold division, materials, price, and completion time with the mold factory, then sign the mold purchase contract.

Initial Sample Completion and Testing

Compare the initial sample from the trial mold to the design drawings, identify any dimensional or surface defects, and propose modifications. After modifications, test the sample again. Once confirmed, proceed with texturing and mold nitriding.
